Bi-Directional Video Link for Mixed HDMI and DVI Estates

The Ugreen HD106 HDMI DVI cable connects an HDMI source to a DVI-D display, or a DVI source to an HDMI display, without a separate adapter. It carries a single-link digital video signal at up to 1920 x 1080 pixels and 60 Hz. The 2 m assembly suits desk, rack and wall-plate runs where the two connector types sit close together.

The HDMI end uses a standard 19-pin male plug. The DVI end uses a DVI-D 24+1 male plug and accepts DVI-I 24+5 sockets through the same pin arrangement. The cable handles mirror and extend display modes. Audio does not pass over the DVI-D connector, so plan a separate audio path when the display relies on HDMI audio.

Each plug carries 24K gold plating over nickel. The conductor set uses 30 AWG oxygen-free copper with tinned strands and aluminium-mylar shielding. A PVC jacket protects the bundle in fixed installations. The cable is passive and draws no power from either host.
