Shipping Policy

Litmus Kenya delivers across Kenya from Queensway House, Kaunda Street, Nairobi CBD.

Nairobi CBD: delivery is free when the order total is KES 20,000 or more.

If the order total is below KES 20,000, or the delivery address is outside Nairobi CBD, the delivery fee starts from KES 300. You may pay your chosen courier or rider on delivery.

Nairobi CBD orders placed on a business day are often delivered the same day. We do not deliver on Sundays or public holidays. Saturday counter hours are 9 am – 12 pm.
