How do I place an order?

Add in-stock items to your cart and check out on litmuskenya.co.ke. Prices are in Kenyan Shillings and are shown exclusive of VAT unless stated. For WhatsApp-only products, tap WhatsApp for availability — those items cannot be added to the cart until we confirm stock.

What payment methods do you accept?

Pay using the methods shown at checkout. For delivery fees that are not prepaid, you may pay your chosen rider or courier on delivery.

Why does some stock say WhatsApp for availability?

Those products are not currently sold through the cart. Message us on WhatsApp at +254 725 031035 and we will confirm whether we can supply them. They are not advertised as in stock on Google.

How much is delivery?

Nairobi CBD: free on orders of KES 20,000 or more. If the order total is below KES 20,000, or the delivery address is outside Nairobi CBD, the fee starts from KES 300. You may pay your chosen courier or rider on delivery. Full details: https://litmuskenya.co.ke/shipping-policy/

When will I receive my order?

Nairobi CBD orders placed on a business day are often delivered the same day. Deliveries outside the CBD go by courier. We do not deliver on Sundays or public holidays. Track an order at https://litmuskenya.co.ke/track-you-order/

What are your hours?

Returns & refunds

What is your return window?

You may request a return or exchange within 72 hours (3 days) of purchase. Items must be unused and in original packaging. This is not a 30-day returns policy. Read https://litmuskenya.co.ke/return-and-refund-policy/

How do I start a return?

Email sales@litmuskenya.co.ke or call +254 726 557351 with your order number, the item, and the reason. We inspect returned goods before approving a refund. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method within 48 hours.

Who pays return shipping?

You pay return shipping unless Litmus Kenya made an error with the order.

Warranty & contact

Is there a warranty?

Eligible products include a 1-year warranty unless the product page says otherwise. Warranty does not replace the 72-hour return window for change-of-mind returns.
