Ice Maker Water Circulation Module

The SnoMaster ZBC-15 water box assembly supplies the water circuit for the ZBC-15 counter-top bullet ice maker. This replacement component restores water delivery to the evaporator during each freeze cycle. It fits the 15 kg/24 h stainless-steel chassis.

The ZBC-15 platform produces up to 15 kg of bullet ice per 24 hours and stores 2 kg in a removable basket. It runs on 230 V/50 Hz with a rated current of 1.0 A and 110 W total input power. Three bullet sizes (25 mm, 28 mm and 30 mm) cover different drink service needs.

Water box faults produce linked Ice Full and Water Low indications on this model. A failed circulation motor stops water flow over the evaporator. Replace the complete assembly before restoring power, then recalibrate the ice pusher and confirm the reservoir level.

Use filtered mineralised water during recommissioning. Reverse osmosis water can trigger false low-water readings because the sensor relies on mineral conductivity. Clean the level sensor screws with fine grit paper if the Water Low indicator stays on after refilling. Drain and clean the reservoir once or twice a month to limit scale build-up in the circuit.
