Description
Replacement Interface for the 20kg Bullet Ice Maker
The SnoMaster ZBC-20 control panel (SKU 200074) is the operator fascia and switch assembly for the ZBC-20 counter-top bullet ice maker. It carries the push-button membrane, the status LED windows and the ribbon lead that mates with the main controller board. Fit it when the overlay cracks, a button loses travel or an indicator stops reporting.
The fascia exposes four functions: ice-size selection, start and stop, cleaning cycle and power. Three LED windows report power, ice full and add water. A green indicator flashes until the operator selects a bullet size, then holds steady through production. The three settings map to S 25 mm, M 28 mm and L 30 mm bullets.
The panel mounts in the upper front of the 415 x 380 x 400 mm chassis, above the lid line. A keyed ribbon connector blocks reversed insertion during service. The sealed overlay resists splash from the 2 kg basket area and wipes clean with a non-abrasive cloth.
The host appliance draws 1.1 A at 230 V/50 Hz and consumes 110 W total. It produces 20 kg per 24 hours across 12-bullet cycles. This replacement fascia carries no refrigeration or water circuit, so no refrigerant handling is involved. Startup runs a portable diagnostic check and reports faults through the LED windows.

Why Choose This Ice Maker Fascia
A direct part number match removes guesswork when ordering a spare switch assembly.
The keyed lead lets a technician complete the swap without soldering or board rework.
Restoring the size prompt and full-basket indicators prevents overflow during service.
The sealed overlay holds up to daily wipe-down in bar and kitchen environments.
Keeping the original controller board avoids a full appliance replacement.
