Replacement power module for SnoMaster cooling cabinets

The SnoMaster VT power supply is the replacement power module for the VT-19, VT-41, VT-46, VT-94, VT-155 and VT-181 cooling cabinets. It converts 220-240 V AC mains input to the internal DC rails that run the compressor, fan, display and lighting circuits. The module mounts inside the appliance chassis and connects through keyed harness plugs.

The input stage accepts 220-240 V at 50 Hz and carries the appliance’s rated current of 0.8 A. Output rails feed the compressor relay, the evaporator fan, the LED interior lamp and the digital control panel. A fused input protects the module and the appliance wiring against overcurrent events on the mains side.

The board is a direct replacement for the original module in the listed VT chassis. Technicians access it behind the rear service panel and swap the unit without cutting or splicing wires. Keyed connectors prevent miswiring, and the mounting holes align with the existing standoffs. No firmware flashing or configuration step follows the swap.

Typical failure symptoms include a dead display, a compressor that does not start, or a cabinet that trips the supply circuit. Replacing the module restores the low-voltage rails that the control board needs before it can sequence the compressor and fan. The module ships as an individual unit in an anti-static bag. Store it in a dry environment and handle it by the board edges. Fit the replacement with the mains supply isolated, then confirm the output rails before reconnecting the compressor harness.
