Expedition Series Refrigeration Power Lead

The SnoMaster SMACC-007 DC Cable connects Expedition Series fridge/freezers to a 12 V vehicle outlet through a moulded cigarette lighter plug. It uses a two-pin connector at the appliance end and a 2,000 mm lead. The assembly suits replacement or spare-cable duty in vehicle-based refrigeration systems. Its moulded plug body reduces strain at the socket entry.

The lead carries 12 V DC from a standard dashboard socket to the refrigerator inlet. Its 2 m length gives technicians room to route the cable around seats, cargo barriers and fridge slides. A black outer jacket keeps the run tidy during installation and storage. The plug body fits common vehicle cigarette lighter sockets without adapters.

Deploy the lead in 4×4, caravan, boat and overland builds with compatible SnoMaster portable units. Check that the cigarette lighter socket remains powered when the ignition is off. Secure the connector before corrugated tracks to prevent intermittent contact. Keep the plug dry and inspect the lead for abrasion on long trips. Store the coiled assembly with the fridge power kit. Label the lead when it shares a power bag with other cables.
