Fuel Can Nozzle and Seal Kit

The jerry can spout with seal replaces a lost or damaged pouring nozzle on standard metal fuel cans. A bayonet collar locks onto the can neck, and the supplied rubber gasket compresses against the rim. The rigid metal tube directs petrol, diesel or kerosene into a tank filler without a funnel.

The nozzle suits 5 L, 10 L and 20 L can openings that use the common lug pattern. A twist-lock collar engages those lugs without tools. The tube bore passes fuel at a steady rate and reaches into recessed filler necks on vehicles, generators and small plant.

Operators fit the gasket dry and hand-tighten the collar. Inspect the seal before each decant, because a hardened or cracked gasket leaks vapour. Store the nozzle capped and free of grit to protect the sealing face. The assembly covers workshop, fleet, agricultural and overland refuelling tasks.

Installation and Maintenance

Seat the gasket flat on the can neck before engaging the collar. Rotate the collar until the lugs stop, then hand-tighten only; over-torque distorts the rubber and shortens its life. Do not cross-thread the collar on the neck.

Wipe the tube after each transfer to remove fuel residue and grit. Replace the gasket at the first sign of hardening, cracking or flattening. A clean sealing face and a pliable ring keep the connection tight across temperature swings.
