The REQU119 recovery tracks ship as a matched pair of MAXTRAX MKII traction boards in signature orange. Each board carries moulded cleats that bite into the tyre tread and the ground beneath it. Drivers deploy the pair under a spinning wheel to regain forward traction on soft or loose surfaces.

Each track measures 1150 x 330 x 85 mm, and the pair nests to the same 85 mm stacked height. One board weighs 3.4 kg, so a pair adds 6.8 kg to the vehicle load. The vehicle weight limit is 4,500 kg. Six integrated handles run along each board, and a shovel profile sits at either end for clearing earth away from the tyre.

UV-stabilised engineering-grade reinforced nylon forms the body. The material flexes under load instead of cracking, and the colour stays stable through long sun exposure on a roof rack. Keyhole points accept security straps or mounting hardware. The boards link together with the supplied leashes to build a longer track across a wide obstacle.

The double-edged design lets a driver slide either face under the tyre, which speeds recovery on uneven ground. Nesting geometry keeps the pair compact in a load bay, and the stack fits Front Runner Slimline II mounting kits sold separately. Recovery crews store the pair on side brackets or above and below the rack depending on the mounting kit in use.

Clear sand or mud from the cleats after each recovery. Inspect the board edges for deep gouges and check the leash anchor points before the next trip. Store the pair out of direct sunlight when it is not mounted on the vehicle. Do not use the boards as a bridging ramp for heavy plant equipment.
