The NH1 11-222 grease is a 5 g tube of NSF H1 registered lubricant for food-processing and pharmaceutical equipment. It suits brew group seals, guide rails and cam discs on automatic coffee machines. The grease carries ISO 21469 certification for incidental food contact.

The formulation uses paraffinic mineral oil thickened with aluminium complex soap. NLGI grade 2 consistency keeps the grease in place on vertical surfaces and sliding contacts. Worked penetration ranges from 265 to 295 x 0.1 mm at 25°C. The drop point reaches at least 220°C, and service temperature spans -15°C to 100°C.

Water resistance reaches rating 1-90 under DIN 51807 at 90°C for three hours. The grease resists hot and cold water washdown, which suits dairy, beverage and coffee preparation areas.
