Full-Length Cargo Platform for the 200 Series

The Front Runner KRTL028T is a full-length Slimline II cargo roof rack kit for the Toyota Land Cruiser 200 and Lexus LX570. It bundles a 2166 mm tray, a wind deflector and a pair of vehicle-specific foot rails. The kit bolts to the existing factory mounting points.

The tray measures 2166 mm long by 1255 mm wide and stands 50 mm high. Slats and edge profiles carry 8 mm T-slots on both the top and bottom faces. Black epoxy powder coat covers the T6 aluminium, while high-strength steel and 3CR12 stainless steel form the mounting structure. The complete assembly weighs approximately 42.64 kg.

Fitment covers the 200 Series from 2007 to 2021. On the LX570 the flush roof rails must come off and the headliner needs lowering before the foot rails go on. Two people complete the install in a few hours with hand tools. Add the 50 mm tray height to the foot rail height to calculate clearance from the roof crown.

The foot rails carry two openings for under-rack storage. One opening takes the smaller Pro stainless steel prep table, and the other takes the larger Pro camp table. That arrangement keeps cooking surfaces out of the load area without raising the platform. Confirm table compatibility against the tray length before ordering accessories.

The flat slat deck accepts roof top tents, jerry can holders, recovery board cradles, awning brackets and tie-down rings through the same T-slots. A wind deflector sits at the front edge to reduce noise on highway runs. Load heavy items low and central, and keep the overall mass within the vehicle roof rating.

Torque the foot rail fasteners to the figure in the supplied instructions, then re-check them after the first long trip. Inspect the powder coat at the rail ends and around the mounting holes each season and touch up chips. Wash the aluminium with fresh water after coastal travel to remove salt residue.
