The Eezi-Awn K9 rack measures 1250 mm wide by 2000 mm long and mounts to the Toyota Land Cruiser Prado 120 roof. Extruded aluminium slats run across the platform, and the side profiles carry structural load. The deck sits about 35 mm above the mounting plane, which keeps wind noise and drag low at highway speed.

The platform uses matte black powder-coated aluminium with fully welded joints. The manufacturer rates the system at roughly 227 kg dynamic and 454 kg static, subject to vehicle roof limits. Ten separate feet share the load across the roof, where many racks use three pairs. That spread reduces point stress on the pinch weld.

Every plank carries twin 8 mm T-slots, and a continuous 6 mm track runs around the perimeter. Those slots accept eye bolts, awning brackets, jerry can holders, shovel mounts and rooftop tent rails without drilling the deck. A wind deflector ships with the rack and trims turbulence at the leading edge.

The proprietary mounting rail sits over the roof pinch-weld trim and reuses the OEM mounting points. Installers do not drill the roof skin. Each foot clamps to the factory channel with a captive bolt and a rubber isolator. The isolator absorbs body flex on corrugated roads and limits vibration transfer into the aluminium deck. Installers torque the bolts to the figure printed in the supplied guide and recheck them after the first 500 km.

The deck carries a rooftop tent, recovery boards, jerry cans and storage cases at the same time. Load sits on the welded frame rather than on individual rivets, so the platform resists fatigue over repeated trips. The 2000 mm length covers the full Prado 120 roof and leaves room for a rear awning bracket.
