USB-C to DisplayPort 1.4 Video Converter
The Ugreen CM654 links a USB-C or Thunderbolt 3/4 host to a DisplayPort 1.4 monitor with no driver installation. It renders 7680 x 4320 at 60Hz and falls back to 4K at 240Hz for fast panels. The 10cm lead keeps the adapter close to the laptop chassis.
This 8K DisplayPort cable moves 32.4Gbps over four lanes without compression. Dynamic HDR maps per-frame metadata, while DSC 1.2a trims payload for high-refresh modes. HDCP 2.2 decrypts protected streams from commercial media services. VRR and ALLM reduce tearing and input lag on compatible gaming displays.
The aluminium alloy shell spreads heat across the housing during long sessions. A braided nylon jacket protects the conductors from repeated flexing. Tinned copper cores and multi-layer shielding suppress EMI in dense rack environments. This USB-C video adapter supports 3D output and MST daisy chaining for multi-display desks.
