The Megamaster 1000 Deluxe is a freestanding charcoal and wood braai with a 2900 cm² primary cooking area. The nickel-plated grid measures 72.5 x 40 cm. A three-tier adjustment sets the grid height over the coals.

The unit stands 106 cm high, 129 cm long and 45 cm wide at 31 kg. The mild steel body carries a black finish. An ember maker lifts coals into the fire bed, and a removable ash tray slides out for cleaning.

A potjie hook hangs a cast iron pot above the fire. The poker ships with the braai for moving coals. The braai burns charcoal or wood. A one-year unit warranty and a six-month parts warranty cover the build.

Place the braai on level ground clear of walls, parasols and dry grass. Let the ember maker raise the coals before the first sear. Move the grid between tiers to control heat. Empty the ash tray once the coals cool. Wipe the grid with an oiled cloth after each cook and store the unit under cover.
