The FlyMax Due-E coffee machine is a compact two-group semi-professional espresso unit supplied with a PLASA390 descaling filter and a RACA0174 fitting. It suits small cafes, offices and high-end home installations that need consistent volumetric output. The bundle adds water treatment hardware to the machine itself, so commissioning covers both brewing and scale control.

The machine carries two independent 1000 W boilers, one for brewing and one for steam through a heat exchanger. That split allows continuous steam while shots pour. The electronic board runs three volumetric selections per group: espresso, normal and long. A membrane keyboard with LED feedback stores programmable doses. The unit accepts ground coffee in single or double doses, plus pods and rigid capsules.

The stainless steel body includes an upper cup warmer and a 3-litre water tank. Dimensions are 31 cm long, 41 cm high and 33 cm deep, and the machine weighs 17.5 kg. A mains water connection is supported at a maximum inlet pressure of 2.5 bar. Voltage options cover 230 V and 120 V at 50 or 60 Hz. Two vibration pumps feed the groups.

The PLASA390 descaling filter treats water before it reaches the boiler, which limits limescale on the heat exchanger and the brewing circuit. The RACA0174 fitting connects the filter housing to the machine inlet. Together they protect the 1000 W brew boiler from scale build-up that would otherwise shorten service intervals. Replace the filter cartridge at the interval stated on its packaging, and check the fitting for leaks after the first pressurised run.
