Copper Patch Lead for Gigabit and 10GbE Links

The CAT6 1M Patch Cord connects switches, patch panels, servers and wall outlets across a one-metre run. It uses four-pair unshielded twisted pair construction and terminates in RJ45 male plugs at both ends. The assembly supports Gigabit Ethernet and short-reach 10GBASE-T links.

Each conductor uses 24 AWG stranded bare copper for flexibility in dense racks. An internal nylon spline separates the four twisted pairs and reduces near-end crosstalk. The cable carries a 550MHz bandwidth rating and meets ANSI/TIA-568.2-D Category 6 requirements.

Gold-plated contacts resist corrosion across repeated mating cycles. A moulded snagless boot protects the RJ45 release tab during pulls through cable managers. The PVC jacket measures approximately 5.8mm in diameter and routes through high-density patch fields without kinking. Wiring follows the T568B scheme and remains compatible with T568A installations.
