Description
LPG Pizza Oven and Tool Set
The Alva pizza oven bundle pairs the Cibo GP0101 LPG gas oven with a BA143 stainless steel peel and a BA71 ceramic stone set. The oven bakes pizzas up to 30 cm across on the included stone. A built-in lid thermometer shows chamber temperature without lifting the lid.
The Cibo body measures 425 x 470 x 535 mm and weighs 10.5 kg. It burns 283.9 g/h of LPG at the maximum setting and runs from a standard 9 kg cylinder. Stainless steel panels resist rust on a patio or balcony. The burner brings the chamber to baking heat within five to fifteen minutes at full gas.
The BA143 peel carries a 28 cm stainless head with a rounded handle. Its 460 mm length keeps the hand clear of the oven mouth during loading and turning. The BA71 stone spans 30 cm in ceramic and sits in a chromed steel carry rack. That rack lets the operator move a loaded stone between oven, braai and table.
Light the burner with the lid open and let the stone heat through before the first pizza. Dust the peel with semolina or flour to release the dough cleanly. Keep the gas hose clear of the hot shell and leak-test the regulator joint with soapy water at every cylinder change.

Why Choose This Oven Kit
One order covers the oven, the loading peel and the baking stone.
The LPG burner reaches baking heat faster than a charcoal chimney on a weeknight.
Stainless steel construction handles coastal air and repeated outdoor use.
The 30 cm stone produces a dry, crisp base on gas and charcoal braais alike.
The carry rack protects the stone during transport to a campsite or holiday house.
At 10.5 kg the oven suits balconies and small patios with limited storage.
