The Yealink WH62 Mono is an entry-level DECT wireless headset for UC and desk phone environments. A dedicated base station links the single-ear unit to your PC and IP phone over secure DECT radio. Dual microphones with Acoustic Shield Technology filter ambient noise so callers hear clear wideband speech across the 100 Hz to 10 kHz capture range.

Yealink positions the WH62 series for open offices, help desks, and hybrid workers who need hands-free mobility without sacrificing call quality. The mono design keeps one ear open to room activity while the 28 mm speaker delivers full-band audio for voice and media playback. On-ear controls cover answer, end, mute, and volume so users stay productive away from the desk.

The included DECT base station anchors wireless connectivity and device routing. Two Micro USB 2.0 ports let you connect a PC and a compatible Yealink IP phone at the same time without an EHS adapter on supported models. An integrated base ringer alerts you to incoming calls when the headset rests on the charging stand. A 2.5 mm jack supports an optional BLT60 busylight for visual presence signaling.

Wireless range reaches up to 160 meters (525 feet) in open environments per Yealink specifications. DECT security uses DSAA2 authentication and DSC2 128-bit encryption to protect voice traffic in shared office airspace. The platform supports high-density deployment, allowing many concurrent users in enterprise floor plans. Moving beyond range triggers an out-of-range tone; the call resumes when you return within coverage.
