The Fanvil X303P PoE Phone serves as a cost-effective communication terminal for business environments. This device supports four SIP accounts and features a 2.4-inch 320×240 pixel color display. It integrates Power over Ethernet (PoE) to simplify deployment by eliminating the need for local power adapters. The hardware design focuses on reliability for high-volume call handling in professional settings.

The unit utilizes a Linux-based operating system to provide a stable platform for SIP stack operations. Security protocols include SIP over UDP/TCP/TLS and RTP/RTCP/SRTP for encrypted communication. Administrators manage the device through the Fanvil Device Management System (FDMS) or standard auto-provisioning protocols like FTP, TFTP, and HTTP. Additionally, the interface includes three programmable DSS keys for speed dial or BLF functions.
The directory management system stores up to 1000 local entries. It also provides access to remote phonebooks through XML or LDAP protocols. To ensure audio stability, the handset incorporates Full-duplex Acoustic Echo Canceller (AEC) and Voice Activity Detection (VAD). However, the device remains efficient with low power consumption during active use. Comfort Noise Generation (CNG) and Packet Loss Concealment (PLC) further stabilize audio during minor network instability.
