The 20AWG conductor set carries the 3.3 V, 5 V and 12 V rails without a measurable drop at this length. Technicians use it to correct a short factory lead rather than replace the whole power supply.
Tinned copper strands sit under a PVC jacket that measures 4.0 mm outside diameter. The straight connector housings clear 2.5-inch and 3.5-inch drive mounts and accept the standard SATA latch. Contact plating resists oxidation in dusty or humid cabinets. The cable rates for the full SATA power pinout and passes each rail straight through.
This lead suits desktop builds, server hot-swap cages, NAS chassis and POS terminals where a drive sits far from the PSU port. It adds no active components and draws no standby current.
