The Siemon CAT6 dual faceplate is a double-gang assembly that carries two Category 6 modules for wall-mounted voice and data outlets. It combines a flame-retardant thermoplastic plate with phosphor bronze contacts plated in 50 micro-inches of gold over nickel. The factory-assembled unit arrives ready for termination.

The plate measures 114.3 mm high by 69.85 mm wide and fits standard double-gang electrical boxes and low-voltage mounting brackets. Each module uses 110 IDC termination and supports T568A or T568B wiring. The contacts handle up to 1 Gbps data rates across a 250 MHz bandwidth window.

High-impact thermoplastic resists cracking during installation and meets UL94V-0 flammability requirements. Operating temperature spans -10 °C to 60 °C, and storage extends from -40 °C to 70 °C. The assembly carries UL listing, ETL verification and RoHS compliance. Designated label fields sit above each port for circuit identification.
