Description
Short-Run Cat 6 Patch Lead
The AICO Cat 6 Patch cord is a one-metre unshielded twisted pair lead for patching switches, routers and wall ports. It uses 24AWG stranded bare copper conductors and terminates in RJ45 8P8C plugs at both ends.
Four twisted pairs sit under HDPE insulation with a nominal diameter of 0.97 mm. A flexible PVC sheath protects the assembly and keeps the lead manageable inside cabinets. The connectors carry 50-micron gold-plated contacts and moulded strain relief boots.
Category 6 construction supports 10/100/1000 Mbps Ethernet across the full one-metre length. The lead meets ISO/IEC 11801 Cat 6 requirements. It suits patch panel work, desk drops and lab bench setups where a short jumper is needed.
