Description
Single-Phase Voltage Regulation for Sensitive Loads
The Servo-Matik static voltage stabilizer holds a 10 kVA single-phase output at 220 V RMS within ±1% to ±3%. It corrects input swings between 130 V and 270 V in roughly 20 ms.
A RISC microprocessor drives thyristor tap selection on the autotransformer. True RMS sensing keeps regulation stable through waveform distortion and generator supply. Step-up and step-down switching transfers energy at zero crossings, so the output carries no added harmonics.
The 57 kg chassis measures 55 x 35 x 27 cm and uses temperature-controlled fan cooling. A manual mains-to-regulator bypass switch allows service without load interruption. Standard EMI and RFI filters sit on the input. The enclosure meets IP20 and runs between 0°C and 40°C.
