Four-Burner Gas Braai for Outdoor Cooking

The NOA gas grill is a four-burner outdoor cooking unit rated at 16 kW total output. It runs on propane or butane and suits garden patios, campsites and entertainment areas. The black-coated steel body measures 1410 x 600 x 1170 mm and weighs 42 kg.

A 750 x 460 mm cooking surface carries two enamelled cast iron grates and one round enamelled cast iron plate. The plate converts part of the surface into a flat griddle for eggs, bacon and vegetables. A 5 mm thick drip tray sits below the burners and slides out for cleaning.

Four self-locking castors let one person move the unit across a patio and lock it in place. A built-in thermometer reads hood temperature during preheat and roasting. Piezo ignition lights each burner without a separate igniter tool. The gas hose and regulator connect to a standard propane or butane cylinder.

A removable grease tray and a detachable bowl simplify cleaning after a cook. The side shelves fold down for storage and lift up for prep space. A bamboo cutting board and a protective cover are available as accessories. The ETO certificate covers the unit for outdoor use in European markets.

Check the gas hose and regulator connections with soapy water before the first burn. Open the lid before lighting to prevent gas build-up. Preheat the grill for 10 to 15 minutes and brush the cast iron grates with oil before placing food. Clean the grates while they are still warm and empty the drip tray after each session.

Store the unit under cover during prolonged wet weather. Inspect the burners for blockages at the start of each season and clear any insect nests from the venturi tubes. Replace the hose if it shows cracks or stiffness. Do not use the grill indoors or in an enclosed space.
