Description
Steel Cash Till for Counter and Retail POS
The Mecer M-405 cash drawer measures 410 mm wide, 415 mm deep and 100 mm high, so it sits under most counter tops without overhang. A folded steel body carries the load of a full till through long trading hours. The insert lifts out for counting or a shift change.
Five bill compartments hold notes flat, and eight coin cups keep change sorted at the point of sale. A lockable lid and a removable tray let a supervisor swap a full till for an empty one in seconds. The unit runs on a standard printer-driven solenoid.
A six-pin RJ12 port connects to a receipt printer drawer-kick output. The built-in micro switch reports open and closed state back to the POS software, which supports audit trails on cash events. Two connection cables ship with the unit for a straight swap.
