The Epson TM-P20II is a 2-inch mobile thermal receipt printer for retail, delivery and hospitality staff who print at the point of sale. It weighs 216 g with the battery fitted and measures 79 x 120 x 46 mm. A belt clip ships in the box for hands-free carrying.

Direct thermal line printing runs at 203 x 203 dpi and up to 100 mm/s. The mechanism accepts 58 mm roll paper with a maximum roll diameter of 40.4 mm and a media thickness range of 50 to 75 µm. A 4 KB data buffer holds the print job between transmissions.

Bluetooth 5.0 covers both classic and low-energy modes, and a USB-C port handles wired connection and charging. The Bluetooth variant runs up to 27 hours on a full charge from the OT-BY20 lithium-ion pack. NFC support simplifies pairing on compatible Android handsets.

The enclosure carries an IP54 rating against dust and water ingress, with a 2.1 m drop rating for handheld use. Operating temperature spans -15 °C to 50 °C. Paper end, cover open and black-mark sensors report status through a programmable buzzer and LED indicators.

Epson ePOS-Print lets compatible POS applications print directly from iOS, Android and Windows devices. The print head carries a 50 km service life, and the mechanism reaches 120,000 MCBF. Paper Saving Mode trims media consumption on long shifts.
