Description
Wired Mechanical Keyboard with Aluminium Chassis
The Logitech G413 mechanical keyboard pairs Romer-G tactile switches with a rigid 5052 aluminium-magnesium top case. Every switch actuates at 1.5 mm with 45 gf of force. Logitech rates the contact design for 70 million key presses.
Backlighting runs a single colour across five fixed brightness levels. The Carbon variant uses elemental red LEDs and the Silver variant uses white. Centred keycap legends sit directly above the switch stem, so light exits the cap evenly instead of bleeding sideways across the deck.
A dedicated second USB 2.0 cable feeds the built-in passthrough port at full power and data throughput. The hard-wired 1.8 m tether terminates in a USB Type-A plug. FN combinations cover media transport, brightness and game mode without leaving the session.
Key Features
Short-Throw Tactile Actuation
The Romer-G stem triggers at 1.5 mm, which is 25% shorter than a conventional 2.0 mm mechanical switch, and bottoms out at 3.0 mm.Aircraft-Grade Top Plate
A brushed 5052 aluminium-magnesium upper case forms the structural backbone, which limits deck flex during heavy key strikes.Gaming Matrix Control
- 26-key rollover registers multiple simultaneous presses plus Ctrl, Alt and Shift
- Anti-ghosting circuitry suppresses phantom inputs during fast command sequences
- FN + F8 toggles game mode and disables the Windows key
Dedicated USB Passthrough
A second USB 2.0 connection supplies the rear port with independent power and data, so attached peripherals keep full throughput.Cable Routing and Adjustable Feet
Underside channels route mouse and headset leads, and rubber-stabilised feet set two typing angles.Swap-In Gaming Keycaps
Twelve concave keycaps and a puller ship in the box for textured coverage on the primary movement cluster.

Why Choose Logitech G413
The alloy deck holds a 1,105 g chassis steady on a desk without requiring a wrist rest or weighted base.
Fixed single-colour lighting suits shared offices where cycling RGB attracts attention from neighbouring desks.
G HUB exposes F1 to F12 remapping and macro recording when a deployment needs repeatable commands.
Windows 7 through Windows 10 support covers mixed-fleet refreshes and legacy test benches.
Two USB inputs keep the passthrough port powered independently, so a headset or token reader never drops link.
