Compact A4 Multifunction Laser Platform
The HP Laser MFP 137fnw combines monochrome printing, copying, scanning and faxing in one desktop unit for small workgroups. It prints at up to 20 ppm in ISO A4 and reaches the first page in 8.3 seconds from ready mode. A 600 MHz processor and 128 MB memory handle everyday office jobs without a host PC dependency.
Connectivity covers Hi-Speed USB 2.0, Fast Ethernet 10/100Base-Tx and built-in Wi-Fi 802.11b/g/n. Mobile output supports Apple AirPrint, Google Cloud Print, Mopria and Wi-Fi Direct. The 2-line LCD and 30-button panel provide direct access to copy, scan and fax functions.
A 150-sheet input tray and 100-sheet output bin support A4, A5, B5, Oficio and DL/C5 envelopes. The 40-sheet automatic document feeder handles multi-page copy and scan jobs. Manual duplex printing is available through the driver, and the monthly duty cycle reaches 10,000 pages.

Good value for a laser MFP with wireless and fax. The 106A toner gives decent yield for a small team. Only small issue is the initial driver installation took a bit of figuring out on Windows 11, but once done it has been smooth.

The flatbed scanner is handy for ID copies and the ADF would have been nice but for the volume we do it is fine. The Ethernet port meant we could connect it directly to our router instead of relying on wireless, which suits our setup. Toner is easy to source locally, which was a big consideration for us.
