Each conductor measures 0.55 ± 0.005 mm and reaches 99.95% copper purity. HDPE insulation brings the insulated diameter to 0.98 ± 0.05 mm. The PVC sheath measures 6.00 ± 0.30 mm with a 0.50 ± 0.10 mm wall thickness and an orange finish for identification in trays.

Electrical performance targets 100 ± 15 Ω impedance from 1 to 100 MHz and 100 ± 25 Ω from 100 to 250 MHz. Delay skew stays at or below 45 ns per 100 m and DC resistance at or below 9.38 Ω per 100 m. The reel passes Fluke 90 m permanent link tests at 50°C and Fluke 100 m channel tests under 57 V / 1 A PoE load.
