Gaggia Crema Perfetta Portafilter Kit – Pressurised Filter Holder, G Handle, 1–2 Cup Basket

Pressurised Basket Kit for Gaggia Manual Machines

The Gaggia Crema Perfetta portafilter ships as a complete kit for brewing espresso from pre-ground coffee. It pairs a pressurised filter holder with a single or double cup basket and a dosing scoop. A moulded G detail marks the handle.

Pressure builds inside the sealed basket rather than inside the coffee puck. A spring-loaded crema valve releases extract at a controlled rate. This arrangement compensates for grind inconsistency and returns a stable hazelnut-coloured foam.

The filter cup uses stainless steel and the handle uses plastic for thermal insulation. Gaggia lists the kit for Gran Gaggia, Gaggia Viva, Carezza Deluxe, and Carezza Style machines. Handle length runs 180 mm and the cup stands 42 mm tall.

Seat the holder in the brew group and turn until the lugs lock against the housing. Gaggia specifies that the frothing jet device stays installed when the crema basket runs. Operating the basket without that jet causes the machine to eject coffee.

Key Features

The plastic grip limits heat transfer from the steel body during back-to-back shots.

• Complete Brewing Kit

  • One pressurised filter holder with G-marked handle.
  • One ground coffee basket sized for a single or double cup.
  • One measuring scoop for dose control.
