The Front Runner Surgeflow pump is a 12-volt diaphragm pump that delivers 12.5 litres per minute at a 35 PSI shut-off pressure. A built-in pressure switch starts and stops the motor the instant a tap opens or closes. The four-chamber design smooths flow and limits pulsation at the outlet. It primes from a dry line and tolerates brief dry running without seal damage.

The pump body measures 360 mm long, 135 mm wide and 110 mm high, and weighs 2.13 kg. It draws up to 8.0 A at 12 V and handles liquid temperatures to 54°C. The self-priming head lifts water from a tank mounted below the pump. Ports accept standard hose fittings, and the motor housing mounts on rubber feet that damp vibration against a vehicle panel.

Install the pump close to the tank with the inlet line short and free of high loops. Fit a strainer upstream to stop debris reaching the diaphragm chambers. Wire the unit through a fused circuit rated for the 8 A maximum draw. The pressure switch needs no external adjustment for most camp and overland water systems. Mount the pump on a solid surface and keep the outlet line clear of kinks.

Typical installations include load bay water tanks, canopy sink modules, trailer galleys and rooftop shower setups. The pump runs potable water only; do not use it for fuel, solvents or abrasive slurries. Winter storage requires draining the chambers and lines to prevent frost damage.
