Slide-Out Tray for Vehicle Fridges and Heavy Gear

The Front Runner cargo slide is a 920 mm steel tray that extends almost fully from its anchored base. It carries an 80 L to 90 L fridge or other heavy gear at a 100 kg load rating. Four predrilled mounting holes fix the base to any flat surface.

Closed dimensions measure 920 x 580 x 65 mm, and the tray opens to 1830 mm. The internal well measures 875 x 510 x 35 mm, which clears the feet of most 80 L and 90 L compressor fridges. The body uses 1.8 mm black powder-coated steel and weighs 16.7 kg.

High-strength bearing drawer slides take the load through the full travel. A swivel latch locks the tray closed and releases with one hand. The design keeps the platform rattle-free when stowed, so the tray does not chatter over corrugated gravel. Mounting hardware for wood and metal surfaces ships in the kit.

The base bolts to drawer systems, pickup load bins, trailer floors and canopy decks. Remove the fridge before drilling, and check that the slide clears the tailgate or canopy door through its full travel. Re-torque the mounting bolts after the first long trip.
