3LCD installation projector for boardrooms
The Epson EB-2250U is a 3LCD business projector built for boardrooms, lecture theatres and fixed installations. It delivers 5,000 lumens of white and colour light output at WUXGA 1920 x 1200 native resolution. The 1.38 to 2.28:1 throw ratio covers screen sizes from 50 to 300 inches diagonal.
A 300 W UHE lamp runs 5,000 hours in normal mode and 10,000 hours in economy mode. The 0.76-inch LCD panel produces a 15,000:1 contrast ratio and reproduces up to 1.07 billion colours. Manual 1.6x optical zoom and a 10:1 offset simplify alignment in ceiling-mounted rooms.
Connectivity covers two HDMI inputs with MHL, dual VGA, composite video, RS-232C, 100 Mbps Ethernet and a 16 W onboard speaker. An optional 802.11a/b/g/n/ac module and the Epson iProjection app add wireless presentation. The chassis measures 377 x 291 x 110 mm and weighs 4.6 kg.
Power draw sits at 341 W in normal on-mode and 266 W in eco mode, with standby at 0.31 W. Operating range runs 5 to 40 degrees Celsius at 20 to 80 percent humidity. Noise output is 39 dB in normal mode and 29 dB in economy, which suits enclosed meeting spaces.
