Expedition-Grade Platform for the Hilux Revo
The Eezi-Awn K9 roof rack gives the Toyota Hilux Double Cab Revo a low-profile aluminium platform for overland gear. The fully welded structure stands only 35 mm high. Eezi-Awn builds the rack from bespoke aluminium extrusions with a matte black powder-coated finish.
Each 130 mm wide slat runs front to back and carries an M8 T-slot for accessory mounting. The outer extrusions add M6 T-slots for brackets and tie-downs. The 1250 mm by 1400 mm platform suits the Revo double cab footprint. Track mount feet sit 40 mm to 90 mm above the roof line.
The kit includes all installation components and hardware. The track system bolts to the vehicle-specific mounting points. Removal leaves only the low track on the roof. This design supports rapid changes between loaded and unloaded configurations.
The platform carries rooftop tents, recovery boards, jerry cans, and storage boxes. Eezi-Awn rates the welded frame for expedition loads across corrugated tracks. The low 35 mm profile limits wind noise and garage clearance issues.
