Rackmount Mains Distribution Bar

The Easenet 6-way PDU mounts six UK 13 A sockets in a single 1U rack unit. It distributes mains power to switches, servers, PBX hardware and broadcast gear inside a 19-inch cabinet. A surge module protects every outlet, and a status LED confirms the earth reference.

The horizontal chassis fixes to EIA-310 rails at the front or rear of the enclosure. Each outlet accepts a BS1363 plug, so standard kettle-free UK cords connect directly. An illuminated neon rocker switch isolates the whole strip without pulling the inlet plug. A rear earthing stud bonds the housing to the cabinet frame.

The inlet cable runs 1.8 m and terminates in a BSI-approved UK plug with a 13 A fuse. That length lets installers reach a floor box outside the cabinet rather than adding an extension lead. Surge clamping sits behind each socket, which limits transient energy reaching attached switch-mode supplies.
