Description
USB-C to HDMI Video Cable
The Vention CGSBH Type-C is a 2-metre conversion cable that carries video and audio from a USB-C source to an HDMI display. It supports 3840 x 2160 at 60 Hz over an HDMI 2.0 link rated at 18 Gbps. The source device must expose DisplayPort Alt Mode on its USB-C port.
The cable uses a 24-pin reversible USB-C male connector and a standard HDMI Type-A male connector, both with gold-plated contacts. An LT8711HE controller handles protocol conversion. Triple-layer shielding combines aluminium foil, a braided shield and a ground wire to limit electromagnetic interference near power distribution.
Aluminium alloy shells with an anodised finish protect the connector bodies through repeated mating cycles. The 2 m jacket is TPE with a 4.2 mm outer diameter, built on 30AWG and 24AWG tinned copper conductors. The cable operates without drivers on Windows 7 and later, macOS 10.12 and later, ChromeOS, Android 5.0 and later, and iPadOS 13 and later.
