Shielded Male-to-Female Coupler for Gigabit Links
The Ugreen Cat 6 extension joins two RJ45 runs without adding a switch, using one male and one female connector. It carries 1000BASE-T traffic across the 5 m span. Foil shielding surrounds the four twisted pairs.
26AWG pure copper conductors keep insertion loss low over the 250 MHz channel. The 568B pinout matches TIA/EIA-568-C.2 wiring. Metal-shell RJ45 plugs resist latch damage in patch panels and wall outlets.
The PVC jacket measures 6.0 mm outside diameter and bends inside 25 mm conduit. The coupler suits desk drops, CCTV PoE runs and rack extensions where the original lead falls short. Straight-through wiring preserves pin polarity on both ends.
