Description
Dual-Radio Pointing Device with Horizontal Scroll Control
The Ugreen M751 mouse carries a second aluminium wheel on the left flank for lateral navigation. A six-button layout puts vertical and side scrolling under one shell. The optical sensor steps through five resolution levels from 1000 to 5000 DPI.
Bluetooth 5.4 and a 2.4 GHz USB-A receiver share a single radio stage. A button behind the scroll wheel cycles between three paired hosts, so one desk drives a laptop, a desktop and a tablet. The nano receiver stores inside the base during transport.
Two AA alkaline cells power the unit, and the circuit runs from a single cell when only one is available. Rated runtime reaches twelve months. The 99 g body without batteries keeps sweep inertia low across wide multi-monitor layouts.
Key Features
Hyper-Fast Scroll Wheel
A fast flick releases the aluminium wheel to spin freely and advance roughly 1000 rows before drag stops it.Six Silent Click Points
- Primary left and right switches rated for 5 million presses
- Dedicated DPI cycle key above the vertical wheel
- Host switch key for the three paired devices
Five-Step Resolution Control
The top key cycles 1000, 1600, 2400, 3200 and 5000 DPI, with 1600 set at power-on and each step confirmed by a flash count.SG8920 Optical Sensor
The sensor tracks on laminate, cloth and bare timber, and reports 125 Hz polling over the receiver and 133 Hz over Bluetooth.Thumb Wheel for Lateral Movement
The side wheel scrolls horizontally through spreadsheets and timelines without modifier keys or drag gestures.

Why Choose This Bluetooth 5.4 Pointer
The receiver and Bluetooth radio cover legacy desktops and modern laptops from one unit, which reduces spare peripherals in mixed estates.
Silent switches and a damped encoder keep meetings and open-plan floors free of click noise.
The lateral wheel shortens horizontal travel in spreadsheets, CAD viewports and long timelines.
AA cells are field-replaceable from standard stock, so no charging dock enters the maintenance cycle.

I use it across three devices and the mode button is quick to reach. The thumb wheel scrolls sideways in CAD views, which saves me a lot of clicking. Build quality feels better than the price suggests.

Replaced a wired mouse with this and the desk is much cleaner now. The 5000 DPI sensor tracks well on a plain wooden surface without a mat. Happy with the purchase.
Mutua Musyoka (verified owner) –
It is a fair mouse for the features. The thumb wheel is a bit stiff out of the box and needs a break-in period. Otherwise the tracking is smooth and the multi-device switching is handy.
Njeri Kariuki (verified owner) –
Bought this for the office and it has held up through weeks of daily use. The Bluetooth 5.4 link stays stable even with the laptop in a bag a few metres away. The thumb wheel helps when I am editing long documents and don’t want to keep jumping to the scrollbar. Shape fits my hand well, not too small.
Kiprono Cheruiyot (verified owner) –
Good mouse. Battery life is decent on Bluetooth and I like that it remembers the DPI setting after switching off.
Aisha Hassan (verified owner) –
It arrived quickly and the build feels solid in the hand. The side wheel takes a few days to get used to if you have never used one, but now I use it more than the main scroll.
Omondi Otieno (verified owner) –
Multi-mode pairing works well. I have it on Bluetooth for the laptop and the dongle for the desktop, and switching between the two is a single button press. No dropouts so far.
Wanjiku Mwangi (verified owner) –
The thumb wheel is the reason I bought this and it does not disappoint. Side-scrolling through long Excel sheets is much faster than dragging the bottom bar. 5000 DPI is overkill for me but the lower settings feel precise.
