Description
Dual-Port Vehicle Charging for Road Deployment
Ugreen EC701 car charger splits a 12–24 V cigarette-lighter supply across one USB-C and one USB-A port. It delivers 45 W over USB-C Power Delivery and 18 W over USB-A at the same time. Field engineers charge a notebook and a handset from one socket.
The USB-C port steps through 5 V/3 A, 9 V/3 A and 12 V/3 A, with a PPS window of 3.3–11 V/4.05 A. The USB-A port covers 5 V/3 A, 9 V/2 A and 12 V/1.5 A. Total output reaches 63 W when both ports run together. An intelligent power allocator adjusts the split as device demand changes.
An ABS shell with metallic paint measures 35 x 24 x 71 mm and weighs 89 g. The plug seats into standard 12 V and 24 V sockets found in cars, vans and light commercial vehicles. Multi-stage protection covers over-current, over-voltage, over-temperature and short circuit during long drives.

User documentation
Why Choose the EC701
One socket serves a laptop and a phone at the same time, which cuts adapter clutter in service vehicles.
The 12–24 V input range covers pool cars and light commercial fleets with a single part number.
PPS support keeps Samsung handsets at their top charge rate during short trips between sites.
The 89 g body and 71 mm depth fit recessed consoles without blocking neighbouring outlets.
Multi-stage protection circuits guard connected hardware against supply spikes from vehicle electrics.

The 45W USB-C port charges my laptop on the drive from Karen to town. Two hours in traffic and the battery actually goes up, not down. The USB-A port handles my phone at the same time without either one slowing.

Works well, though the metal body gets warm when both ports are loaded for a long trip. Nothing alarming, just noticeable.
Mercy Wambui (verified owner) –
Bought this for my matatu commute and the PPS support makes a real difference with my S23. It tops up properly compared to the old charger that would just trickle. The plug fits snugly in the socket and doesn’t wobble on rough roads. Good unit overall.

Small, does the job.

We use these in the company pool cars and they’ve held up better than the cheaper ones we tried before. The dual-port split is sensible and both my work phone and personal handset charge at reasonable speed on the same trip. Only thing is I wish the cable were slightly longer, but that’s minor.
Collins Wekesa (verified owner) –
63W total is honest here. I run a dashcam off the USB-A and charge my phone on USB-C, no dropouts on either. Build feels solid, the contacts grip tight even after months in a hot car.
