Description
Dual-Band Mesh Extender with Gigabit Ethernet
The TP-Link RE605X AX1800 extends 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz coverage using Wi-Fi 6. It delivers 574 Mbps on 2.4 GHz and 1201 Mbps on 5 GHz for a combined 1.8 Gbps. The unit operates as a range extender or an access point.
A Gigabit Ethernet port provides wired access for televisions, consoles and computers. Two external antennas support the 802.11ax radio chain. The intelligent signal light reports placement quality in blue or red. WPS and a reset button sit on the housing.
The extender draws 10 W from a 100–240 V AC input and measures 74 x 46 x 124.8 mm. It links to OneMesh routers for a single network name. The Tether app and web interface handle setup. Operating range is 0°C to 40°C at 10% to 90% non-condensing humidity.
