Description
Black Imaging Developer Assembly for e-STUDIO Colour MFPs
The Toshiba H370-LK developer unit carries part number 6LK49204000 and supplies black developer material to the imaging drum on e-STUDIO 2000AC, 2010AC, 2500AC and 2510AC machines. It ships as a complete assembly with the developer material pre-loaded. The unit restores image density when the original developer reaches end of life.
The assembly uses a two-component magnetic brush development system. A magnetic roller carries developer material to the photoconductive drum, and a trim blade regulates the layer thickness. The unit includes the developer housing, magnetic roller, trim blade and internal augers. A chip on the housing lets the MFP track unit life and page count.
Toshiba rates the assembly at approximately 70,000 pages under 5% coverage on A4. The black unit fits alongside the cyan, magenta and yellow developer units in the same colour MFP chassis. Installation requires removing the process unit and releasing the developer unit from its retainer.
Key Features
Original Toshiba Part
Part 6LK49204000 matches the factory developer assembly drawing for the listed e-STUDIO chassis.H370-LK Model Code
The H370-LK designation identifies the black developer position in the H370 series imaging platform.Two-Component Magnetic Brush
The magnetic roller and trim blade regulate developer layer thickness across the drum surface.Pre-Loaded Developer Material
The unit ships with developer material already charged, so no separate developer powder is required.Life Tracking Chip
- The housing chip reports unit life to the MFP controller.
- The MFP prompts for replacement at the rated yield.
- Chip data supports service logs and consumable reporting.
- The unit seats in the existing developer retainer without modification.
Colour Platform Compatibility
The black assembly operates alongside the cyan, magenta and yellow units in the same imaging frame.
Installation and Service Notes
Power down the MFP and disconnect the mains lead before opening the process unit area. Remove the waste toner container and the process unit. Release the developer unit retainer and lift the old assembly clear of the drive coupling.
Keep the new developer unit level during handling. Tilting the assembly can shift the developer material and cause density faults on first run. Seat the unit on its drive coupling and refit the retainer before closing the process unit.
Run the automatic image quality adjustment after installation. The MFP performs a developer density calibration cycle, which takes several minutes. Print a test page in black and check density and background before returning the machine to service.

Why Choose the Toshiba H370-LK
The assembly restores black image density without replacing the full process unit.
Original part number and model code match the factory developer drawing.
Pre-loaded developer material removes a separate powder-filling step.
The integrated chip reports life to the MFP for planned maintenance.
One part number covers the 2000AC, 2010AC, 2500AC and 2510AC chassis.
