Desktop A3 colour platform for small workgroups

The Toshiba e-STUDIO 2010AC is a desktop A3 colour multifunction printer built for small workgroups. It copies and prints at 20 ppm in both colour and monochrome on A4. A linear CCD sensor and LED light source capture originals up to A3 size.

A 600 x 600 dpi writing engine produces 5-bit output, and smoothing raises copy resolution to a 2,400 x 600 dpi equivalent. Standard memory sits at 2 GB and expands to 4 GB. The 320 GB self-encrypting hard drive stores jobs and supports e-Filing boxes.

Standard paper input holds 350 sheets across a drawer and bypass tray. Optional drawers lift capacity to 2,900 sheets. Media weight runs from 60 to 209 g/m², and the bypass path accepts heavy stock up to 209 g/m². Warm-up takes about 21 seconds.

Gigabit Ethernet and high-speed USB ship standard, with optional 802.11 b/g/n wireless and Bluetooth. Scan speed reaches 73 images per minute at 300 dpi. The optional 100-sheet RADF adds duplex document capture.

Security features include self-encrypting storage with wipe technology, TLS, IP/MAC filtering, SNMPv3 and 802.1X. Role-based access control restricts device functions to authorised users. The unit measures 575 x 586 x 662 mm and weighs less than 57 kg.
