Upper Fuser Roller Insulation Sleeve

The Toshiba fuser roller bushing seats the upper heat roller in the e-STUDIO fuser unit and insulates the shaft from the frame. It holds the roller on centre through the fusing cycle. Each fuser takes two sleeves, one at either end of the roller.

The sleeve is a moulded heat-resistant polymer with a low-friction bore. It carries the roller at fusing temperature without seizing on the shaft. Toshiba rates the part at 165,000 pages, and the fuser uses two per unit.

Compatible chassis include e-STUDIO 2006, 2007, 2306, 2307, 2309A, 2323AM, 2329A, 2505H, 2505F, 2506, 2507 and 2802. Replace both sleeves when the roller develops play or the fuser starts to squeal. No calibration is required after fitting.
