The PKCELL CR1220 Battery is a 3 V lithium manganese dioxide coin cell measuring 12.5 mm across and 2.0 mm thick. It weighs 0.9 g and delivers a nominal 40 mAh. Typical loads include motherboard CMOS backup, key fobs, watches and medical meters.

Open-circuit voltage measures 3.05–3.45 V at 23 °C with no load applied. Under a 62 kΩ load the terminal voltage settles at 3.00–3.45 V after five seconds. Continuous discharge into 62 kΩ to a 2.0 V cut-off yields 660 hours nominal and 590 hours minimum at the same temperature.

The manganese dioxide cathode holds a stable plateau through most of the discharge curve. Internal resistance stays low, so pulse loads for remote transmitters do not drag the voltage down sharply. A crimped steel can and gasket seal the chemistry against leakage in stored devices.
