Standby Power for Desktop and Network Equipment

The Mercury Maverick 850 is an offline UPS that delivers 850VA/510W of standby power through two universal sockets. It ships with a 12V/9AH sealed lead-acid battery and a UK power cord for immediate deployment.

Input accepts 220VAC or 240VAC nominal within a 140-300VAC window at 50/60Hz. A line-interactive topology adds boost and buck AVR, so the output stays within ±10% on battery and tracks the input on mains.

Transfer time ranges from 2 to 6 milliseconds, with a 10 ms ceiling. The simulated sine-wave output feeds routers, switches, POS terminals and desktop PCs. A built-in charger restores the 9AH block to 90% capacity in about six hours.

The steel chassis measures 283 x 101 x 140 mm and weighs 4.2 to 4.5 kg. Operating temperature spans 0 to 40°C at 0 to 90% relative humidity. Audible alarms distinguish battery mode, low battery, overload and fault states.
