The LG LM238WF5-SSA1 is a 23.8-inch a-Si TFT-LCD module with an integrated touch sensor, built as a replacement panel for all-in-one desktop systems. It delivers 1920 x 1080 resolution at 60 Hz over a 30-pin LVDS interface. The IPS cell provides 89/89/89/89 viewing angles and 250 cd/m² typical brightness.
The panel carries a 1000:1 contrast ratio and reproduces 16.7 million colours at 72% of the CIE1931 gamut. A WLED backlight without an integrated driver supplies illumination, and the module rates 30,000 hours of backlight life. The touch layer bonds to the cell, so the assembly includes the digitizer and cover glass.
Physical wiring uses a 2-channel, 8-bit LVDS connector with 30 pins. The module operates from a standard LCD supply rail and requires an external LED driver for the backlight. Pixel density reaches 92 PPI. The panel targets service replacement in AIO chassis such as the Dell OptiPlex 7400 and 7460 series, where the original LG panel carries the same part number.
