14-Inch Convertible Display Module

The Lenovo X1 Yoga screen assembly replaces a cracked or unresponsive 14-inch panel in the third-generation ThinkPad convertible. It arrives as a sealed unit with the LCD, capacitive digitizer and bezel frame already bonded. The 30-pin eDP tail and touch ribbon follow the factory routing points.

The 14.0-inch IPS panel runs 1920 × 1080 at 60 Hz with 250 cd/m² typical brightness and 178° viewing angles on both axes. Two eDP 1.2 lanes reach a 30-pin connector at the bottom right. Ten-point capacitive touch accepts finger and active pen input.

Fitment covers ThinkPad types 20LD, 20LE, 20LF and 20LG in FHD touch configurations. WQHD variants use a different pin count and will not seat on this connector. Technicians should read the part number on the rear of the original panel before ordering.
