LC/UPC Duplex OM3 Patch Panel 12 Port with Pigtails 1U 19 Inch

Loaded Multimode Fiber Distribution Panel

The LC/UPC duplex OM3 panel ships fully loaded with 12 LC duplex adapters and 24 colour-coded pigtails. Each adapter presents two LC ports, so the 1U housing terminates 24 multimode fibres. Splicing the pigtails to incoming cable completes the distribution link without field-terminated connectors.

OM3 50/125µm fibre carries 10GBASE-SR to 300m and 40GBASE-SR4 to 100m. LC/UPC ceramic ferrules hold insertion loss at or below 0.3 dB and return loss at or above 35 dB. Colour-coded 900µm buffered pigtails follow TIA-598 conventions, which speeds fibre identification at the splice tray.

The housing mounts in a standard 19-inch rack and occupies 1U of vertical space. A sliding drawer exposes the splice tray from the front, so technicians work without removing the lid. The metal chassis measures 482 x 220 x 44 mm and accepts cable entry from the rear.

Pigtail assemblies typically run 1.5m to 3m inside the enclosure. LSOH jacketing limits smoke emission in occupied rooms. Operating range spans -40°C to +85°C, and the connector interface meets IEC 61754-20 and TIA 604-10-A. Mating durability holds a change below 0.1 dB across 500 cycles.

Key Features

• Fully Loaded Adapter Plate
Twelve LC duplex adapters arrive pre-installed, giving 24 terminated fibre ports in one chassis.

• 24 OM3 Pigtails Included
Colour-coded 900µm buffered leads splice directly to incoming cable inside the tray.

• Optical Performance

  • Insertion loss at or below 0.3 dB per mated pair
  • Return loss at or above 35 dB for UPC multimode
  • Durability change under 0.1 dB across 500 matings

• 1U Sliding Drawer
The front plate pulls forward for splice access without removing the enclosure from the rack.

• Metal Chassis
A 482 x 220 x 44 mm steel housing protects splices and shields the tray from handling damage.

• Standards Alignment
Connectors comply with IEC 61754-20, TIA 604-10-A and RoHS restrictions.
