Aqua Multimode Duplex Jumper for 10G Rack Links
The LC-LC UPC 5m OM3 assembly is a duplex multimode patch cord for 10G, 40G and 100G links inside racks and between adjacent cabinets. Two LC/UPC connectors sit at each end on 50/125 µm OM3 fiber. Aqua LSZH jacketing identifies the multimode grade and limits smoke output in occupied rooms.
Ceramic ferrules hold insertion loss at 0.3 dB maximum per mated pair, with 0.2 dB typical on factory-tested units. Return loss measures 30 dB or better, which keeps back reflection inside multimode link budgets. OM3 effective modal bandwidth reaches 2000 MHz·km at 850 nm, so 10GBASE-SR runs to 300 m and 40GBASE-SR4 or 100GBASE-SR10 reach 100 m.
The 2.0 mm zipcord jacket bends to a 7.5 mm minimum radius, which clears dense trays and shallow cable managers. Each connector survives 500 mating cycles or more. Operating temperature spans -20°C to 70°C, and storage tolerance reaches -40°C to 85°C. Installation tension is rated at 120 N short term and 50 N long term.
