Description
Stereo USB-C Headset for Unified Communications
The Jabra 5399-823-369 is the Evolve 30 II stereo variant, supplied with a USB-C cable and a USB-C to USB-A adapter. It connects to a PC through the USB controller or to a mobile device through the 3.5 mm jack. The in-line unit carries answer, end, volume and mute keys with status LEDs.
Two 28 mm drivers run at 32 Ω nominal impedance and produce 93.6 dB SPL at 1 kHz. Music playback spans 20 Hz to 20 kHz, while the talk path narrows to 150 Hz to 7 kHz wideband for speech. A unidirectional electret condenser microphone on the boom rates between -48 dB and -44 dB sensitivity and rejects off-axis office noise.
The supra-aural headband carries leatherette cushions over PC/ABS and stainless steel. This USB-C wired headset weighs 93.2 g alone and 138.2 g with the 2.15 m cable fitted. PeakStop and SafeTone limit transient peaks, and the design follows EU Noise at Work and G616 guidance. Operating range runs -10 °C to 50 °C.
Firmware and call settings are managed through Jabra Direct and Jabra Xpress. The busylight signals a busy state to nearby colleagues, and Teams notifications appear on the controller where the SKU supports them. The package includes a travel pouch for hot-desk rotation.

Susan Wairimu (verified owner) –
Plugged it into my laptop and Teams picked it up immediately, no setup needed. The cable is long enough for my desk layout and the USB-C adapter is a handy extra for my phone.
David Kiprop (verified owner) –
We use these in a dispatch room where there is constant radio noise. The stereo sound is clear and the boom mic rejects most of the surrounding sound. I only wish the headband had a bit more padding for long shifts.
Mary Atieno (verified owner) –
Arrived well packaged in Nairobi within a week. The inline controls are simple to use and the Teams button works straight away once plugged in. Good value for a certified headset.
Collins Barasa (verified owner) –
Ordered for the whole support desk and the USB-C/A adapter meant we could use them on both the new laptops and the older desktops without extra purchases. Cables feel sturdy but the ear cushions are a bit firm at first.
Njeri Kamau (verified owner) –
The noise-cancelling mic has been a big help in our open-plan office. Colleagues say they no longer hear the background chatter during Teams calls.
